From Lost To Found
coming soon...
"I won't let history repeat itself."
All Joyce Hope ever wanted was to save the one person who mattered. But when you’re the one in an impossible number who can’t, it sticks. Two years later, her teacher gets abducted, and the memories come flooding back. Joyce is determined to find her, and if she can’t do it with permission, she’ll do without it. But the kidnapper isn’t here for money or torture. What he does want, though, reveals things that were meant to stay buried, and Joyce is a part of it.
"I’m done being the child in their eyes."

Our Experiment
in connection
In a world of transaction and increasing isolation, how can we add a little bit of connection in small ways to our lives and the lives of those around us?
The overarching theme of my book is "how do we move on when we've lost something or someone important?" Moving on isn't easy, but maybe we can make it easier, maybe we can lessen the loneliness, by doing small acts of kindness for people we don't even know, and in some cases, may never meet again.
Maybe it's supporting your local library or bookstore, maybe it's taking load off someone's hands if they're carrying too much. Or maybe it's providing a listening ear for someone who needs it. I won't ask you to pay for my book, but I would love to hear an act of kindness that you'll do instead, because that will be worth so much more.
I'm not writing so that I get rich, I'm writing so that I can share my stories with the world. And if we can make it a better place in the process, then why not?
Ps. I wrote a blog that briefly touches upon a similar topic if you're interested!
